Frequently Asked Questions Once I place an order, how long does it take to get to me? What forms of payment do you accept? What kind of warranty comes with a SignBurst™ computer? Return Policy All returns must be authorized by Hotwiredtech, Inc. in advance and unauthorized returns will be refused. To return items purchased from Hotwiredtech, Inc. (including SignBurst™ brand computer systems), please include all items that were originally contained in the order (including original shipping containers, cables, adaptors, instructions, media, and any promotional items). Authorization for return must be approved within 7 days from the date you received your item(s). Any requests made after 7 days will be refused. There is a 25% restocking fee for all products returned. Some items are not able to be returned including: • Labor, delivery, and/or completed installation services , computer software, items with failures caused by forces out of our control which include (but are NOT limited to) failures caused by shipping mishandling, flood, fire, and other forces of nature, unacceptable climate (excessive humidity, heat, dust, dirt, pet hair, etc.), hardware or BIOS modifications (including upgrades and over-clocking), physical damage, or intentional abuse. If you return an item that is defective or is not the item you ordered, you may receive a credit. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment (minus a restocking fee). Hotwiredtech, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply. |
